By accessing or using Fovea ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fovea is a real estate investment analysis tool that helps users evaluate rental properties by providing proforma calculations, AI-powered analysis, and market estimates. The Service is operated by Korinthos LLC.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Fovea provides estimates and analysis for informational purposes only. All projections, valuations, rent estimates, and financial calculations are approximations based on available data and AI-generated insights. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

5. Data Sources

Property data is sourced from publicly available listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Market conditions change frequently and past performance does not predict future results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt our infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our analysis algorithms
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided bookmarklet

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, algorithms, and original content are the property of Korinthos LLC. Property listing data belongs to its respective sources.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Korinthos LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses based on our estimates or analysis.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
